Light Cave

As a luminous cave, the Light Cave forms the framework for Aarhus Festuge's International Night Cabaret, where light projections create the experience of a constantly changing luminous cave by varying from intimate and subdued to seductive and brightly colored. The unique room and event design has been developed in collaboration with Proshop Europe and Aarhus Festuge, and the sculptural ceiling is based on a grid-shaped rig system that is suspended from the ceiling and fitted with 4 RGB LED lamps for each square cassette. The lamps illuminate the suspended cassettes, which are made from sewn together molton fabric webs.
