Furthermore, we ensure that personal data is retained only for as long as it is relevant to our operations and is deleted responsibly when it is no longer required or when legal grounds for processing cease to exist.

Applications typically include the following personal data:
- Full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Citizenship
- Educational background and professional experience
- References and contact information for previous employers
- Any photos (e.g., attached to the application or CV)
- Additional voluntarily provided information, such as hobbies, portfolio links, social media profiles, or motivational statements
Applicants are encouraged to include only information relevant to the position and avoid sharing sensitive personal data, such as national identification numbers, health information, or religious beliefs. Should such data be included, it will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Participation in user surveys and evaluations
AART collects and processes personal data in connection with participation in user surveys, including questionnaires, interviews, workshops, and observations. The purpose is to evaluate experiences and improve the quality of our solutions and services.
Collected data may include:

- Opinions on indoor climate, material selection, housing quality, and sustainability
Processing is based on legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Data is stored securely on AART’s servers for up to 12 months and is not shared with external parties.
