INCUBA Next marks milestone achievement
Thursday, September 22nd, we reached a milestone in the development of INCUBA Next which has officially entered its construction phase. This was marked with the laying of the foundational stone, where a cylinder with artifacts from two INCUBA companies was moulded into the foundation of the building.
As an extension of the current INCUBA Katrinebjerg, INCUBA next will rise as a beacon of growth for the energy and entrepreneurship in all of Aarhus. With its 22,00 hypermodern sqm, spread across 18 stores and with its modular work environment, INCUBA Next will create the perfect conditions for the innovative tech-entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
We are proud to have been a part of giving advice INCUBA through the entire process. First as an architectural consultant where we designed the building from its entirety to detail, as well as composing both the first disposition draft and tender documents – and in our current role as client consultant together with Rambøll.
