Byens Hus ready for construction
With the newly entered agreement between CPH City & Port Development and KPC, we will soon start construction on what will become Ørestad’s new social hub, Byens Hus.
Situated right next to the site of one of Naturpark Amager’s future main entrances, Byens Hus gathers residential development and a daycare center with a variety of shared community functions, under one roof. Here, the vision is to create a stimulating gathering point that through its wealth of facilities will brim with activity and life, so that new opportunities will arise in the interaction people of all ages.
We are looking forward to taking on the next phase of the journey together with CPH City & Port Development and KPC with expected completion in 2025.
