AART selected for the Venice Architecture Biennial 2016

15.12.2015 / Two projects of ours have been selected to represent Denmark at the International Architecture Biennial in Venice next year. Among the projects selected for the Danish exhibition are VUC Syd in Haderslev and Musholm in Korsør – each of which provides, in its own way, a vital snapshot of Danish humanistic architecture.
Humanism is the key concept for the Danish exhibition at the biennial, where the curators Boris Brorman Jensen and Kristoffer Lindhardt Weiss have set out to develop a Wunderkammer of projects that demonstrate the range of ways in which Danish architects and city planners create architecture with a human focus.
The International Architecture Biennial in Venice is the world’s largest architecture event, with more than 60 national exhibitions housed in the historical pavilions of the Giardini area, at the Arsenal and around the city. The Danish exhibition officially opens on 28 May and will run until 20 November 2016.
