AART architects receives European architecture award

Inspiria Science Center was on October 9 awarded the Prime Property Award which has gained a reputation as the real estate equivalent of the Oscars.

The 2012 Prime Property Award was on October 9 presented to outstanding European real estate investment projects at the Expo Real commercial property show in Munich. Inspiria Science Center won the jury's special prize which recognises real estate projects in Europe that combine commercial success with ecological and sociocultural sustainability in exemplary fashion.
"It is a great honour to receive the Prime Property Award as the award does not define sustainability to merely be a matter of reducing energy and material consumption. On the contrary, the award recognises real estate investment projects that have a positive impact on society as a whole, both socially, economically and environmentally," says Anders Strange, partner in AART architects.
We received the award together with the developer Inspiria Eiendom at the Expo Real commercial property show. The 2012 Prime Property competition attracted an impressive 160 entries relating to properties in 19 European countries – proof of just how coveted the award is.
