Owing to its distinctive wooden architecture and unique location on the waterfront of Stavanger, Norwegian Wood has attracted great attention in Norway. It manifested itself in the remarkable sales in the first and second construction phase and now the third and final construction phase has opened for sales.
The third construction phase consists of building seven, eight and nine and includes apartments ranging from 53 to 199 m2 which stand out by their close connection to the waterfront, the promenade and the green outdoor areas. By being structured as a coherent row of blocks connected by dramatic passageways, Norwegian Wood appears a distinctive residential complex that takes advantage of the magnificent sea view and creates recreational spaces at the waterfront.
Norwegian Wood is a great sales success and in the first construction phase the apartments sold for impressive NOK 100 million in just a few days while 15 flats were sold in just one hour in the second construction phase. The residential complex is designed in cooperation with Studio Ludo and is the winning proposal in an international architecture competition.
